A Spacious apartment, clean and modern, excellent staff assistance

A Noisy restaurant below, limited evening transport

The total stay was really great on driving holiday. The location in a nice area was awesome and super and there were a supermarket and shops nearby. Besides, a romanesque-gothic cathedral was 2 km away from the property. The restaurant was nice, and the staff lovely...

Good location, it was next to a bus station. The hotel was a wonderful base for enjoying a busy area.

Place was pretty standard and modern, greatly enjoyed the stay.

We were in Siena for 1 day, had excellent stay, the hotel was clean with particularly good location close to majir tourist attractions. Everything was simply great.

It was such great time in Siena. We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, even so everything was brand-new. Enjoyed a kitchen area, a couch and a couch bed in the room. The bed was lovely and the staff were very very nice. The location was great for us - close to cafes and restaurants. The hotel was in a nice enough area.

The superior apartment offered ample space, complete with a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator and stovetop. The thoughtful amenities, including dish soap and a sponge, reflected attention to detail.

Soundproofing falls short. Directly above a lively restaurant that hosts loud events-vibrations and cheers penetrate through the ceiling. The location requires a challenging uphill walk to the city center, about half an hour, and public transport has limited evening service.

While the apartment was notable, the shower door sliding off its hinges made every shower an act of fear. One would think that as a valued guest, a complimentary gesture would've been appreciated after witnessing the party chaos below my window. But alas, it seems anyone can stay here, as long as they don't expect special treatment.

The superior apartment was spacious and clean, and I loved the nearby bus stop for easy transport access.

Great location and comfy stay!

The place is super close to the city center, made exploring Siena easy! Room was nice, but the air conditioning was really noisy and I couldn't turn it off, so that was kinda annoying. We loved chilling at the snack bar too! Staff was friendly and gave us good info for our check-in.

Long walk to city center.

The superior apartment was impressively equipped, with thoughtful amenities like dish soap and a sponge-showcasing attention to detail. The bed provided really good comfort. While the scenic walk to the city center took around 20-25 minutes, the uphill return can be tiring, so consider public transport. The free parking was a major convenience, and the homemade cakes at breakfast were a good treat.

The Superior Apartment is spacious and clean, accommodating up to 4 adults with a well-equipped kitchenette, including a full-sized refrigerator and stovetop. The easy access to on-site parking was a significant benefit, along with a hassle-free late check-in that utilized an access code. The overall cleanliness and convenience of the location contributed positively to my stay.

Air conditioning was absent, made for a hot night.

We were really pleased with how clean and comfortable our room was. We loved the hot drinks machine available at reception. It was nice to relax in the lounge areas after a long day and enjoy a cozy vibe. The only downside was a bit of noise from the live events below our room, but it didn’t ruin our overall experience. 👍
